About

About Us

Evergreen Health Journal helps people build healthier routines with guidance that is practical, clearly sourced, and honest about its limits.

What we publish

We publish 91 in-depth guides (and counting) across seven primary hubs: Fitness & Exercise,Nutrition & Diet, Mental Wellbeing,Sleep & Recovery, Preventive Health,Healthy Lifestyle, and Fitness Gear. Our articles explain how to start and sustain a walking or strength routine, how to plan balanced meals, how sleep and recovery fit into training, and how to approach everyday stress.

What we believe

  • Practical beats perfect. Small, repeatable habits matter more than ideal programs that are hard to follow.
  • Evidence first. We base health information on public health agencies, medical institutions, and peer-reviewed research, and we link to those sources in every article.
  • Honesty about limits. General information cannot replace individual care. We say so plainly, and we point readers toward qualified professionals when that is the right next step.
  • No pressure. We don't use fear, shame, or miracle claims to sell ideas or products.

Who writes our content

Articles are produced and reviewed by our lead editors: Tanisha Panwar (Senior Nutrition & Wellness Editor) andShivam Gupta (Lead Fitness & Performance Editor). See all contributor profiles on our authors directory. We do not claim credentials we cannot verify. Each article shows its review status. When an article is reviewed by an accredited expert, their name, credentials, and review date appear directly on the piece.

How we are funded

Evergreen Health Journal does not sell products, does not run paid subscriptions, and does not accept payment in exchange for coverage. Our gear guides are educational; they do not contain affiliate links and do not claim hands-on product testing. If our funding model changes, we will update this page and disclose it on affected articles.

Important note

Our content is for general education. It is not medical advice and does not create a clinician–patient relationship. If you have symptoms, a medical condition, or questions about your health, please talk with a doctor or other qualified provider.
