About

Corrections Policy

We work to be accurate, and when we fall short we correct the record promptly and transparently.

What we correct

  • Factual errors – incorrect figures, misstated guidance, or claims not supported by the cited source.
  • Outdated information – when a guideline or recommendation has changed since publication.
  • Sourcing problems – broken, mislabeled, or inappropriate references.
  • Labeling errors – including any incorrect review status, author, or date.

How corrections appear

For substantive errors, we update the article and add a dated correction note explaining what changed. The article's “Updated” date will also change. Typographical and formatting fixes that do not affect meaning are made without a note.

How to report an error

Email corrections@evergreenhealthjournal.com with the article link, the text you believe is incorrect, and, if possible, a source supporting the correction. We review every report and aim to respond within five business days.
